Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqola karbamidning glioksal bilan kondensatsiyalanish qonuniyatlarini o‘rganadi. Katalizator sifatida OEDF ishtirokida karbamidni 1,2-dikarbonil birikmasi bilan kondensatsiyalashda tetragidroimidazo-[4,5-d]-imidazoledion-2,5 asosidagi mahsulot 80 - 85% rentabellik bilan sintezlanishi ko‘rsatilgan. Olingan mahsulotlar sof shaklda va dietilamin, formaldegid, karbamid va gossipol qatroni bilan birgalikda korroziya inhibitorlari sifatida sinovdan o‘tkazildi. Kompozitsiyalar samarali korroziya inhibitorlari ekanligi va po‘latni korroziyadan 90% dan ortiq himoya qilishi aniqlandi.This article examines and studies the patterns of urea condensation with glyoxal. It is shown that during the condensation of carbamide with a 1,2-dicarbonyl compound in the presence of HEDP as a catalyst, a product based on tetrahydroimidazo-[4,5-d]-imidazoledione-2,5 is synthesized with a yield of 80 - 85%. The resulting products in pure form and in combination with diethylamine, formaldehyde, carbamide and gossypol resin were tested as corrosion inhibitors. It was found that the compositions are effective corrosion inhibitors and protect steel from corrosion by more than 90%.
