In modern society, the criteria for assessing social capital are changing, on the one hand, individual human resources are considered as a micro resource that ensures their entry into the social space, on the other hand, social capital is considered as an element of the whole society as a macro resource that ensures the effective functioning of society. In addition to maintaining social relations and norms and social trust, social capital also manifests itself in interaction with higher education. It can be seen through a certain social group and social stratum, trust in social institutions, etc. in the country. The quality of education within the concept of social capital largely depends on a person's willingness to reform the education system by studying aspects of this service, that is, values, norms, social relations, social needs, personal aspects ... a pressing issue.
