Socio-Economic Significance OF Housing Stock Management

This article analyzes the innovative and investment management of housing and communal infrastructure in different regions – the United States, Europe, East Asia, and the CIS countries. A comparative analysis is carried out based on recent International and national regulations, statistical data, and practical experiences adopted after 2020. The study highlights modern investment approaches, public-private partnership mechanisms, the concept of “green infrastructure,” and the effectiveness of digital technologies in the modernization of urban utilities. Furthermore, it outlines the applicability of International practices to Uzbekistan and their socio-economic significance. The article is scientifically and practically relevant, serving as a potential guideline for improving the housing and communal services management system.
