The 5T Training & License Framework (TL-1.1) establishes the global governance architecture for the 5T Life System®, a multi-layered human operating system that integrates biology, behavior, cognition, identity, and systemic intelligence.This whitepaper defines the complete structure for training standards, certification pathways, licensing requirements, ethical boundaries, safety protocols, audit processes, and DOI-based knowledge governance. As the 5T ecosystem expands internationally, TL-1.1 ensures that all practitioners, coaches, trainers, Master Trainers, and organizational leads operate within a unified, ethically safe, version-controlled, and scientifically coherent framework.The document outlines: the 5-level competency progression (CP → CC → PT → MT → IL), four categories of operational licenses, a comprehensive ethics & safety system, a multi-tier governance model (System – Meta-System – Infrastructure), DOI-based version control for knowledge integrity, audit and quality assurance mechanisms, and formalized institutional governance for global scalability.
