This article examines the main aspects and the overall significance of a leader’s communication culture in organizational and educational contexts. The study focuses on the theoretical understanding of communication culture, its structural components, and its role in effective leadership. Particular attention is paid to ethical, psychological, and pedagogical dimensions of leader communication, emphasizing how communication culture influences organizational climate, employee motivation, and management effectiveness. The article also explores methodological approaches to developing communication culture among leaders and highlights the importance of continuous professional development. The findings suggest that a high level of communication culture is a key factor in successful leadership and sustainable organizational development.
