CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS OF REHABILITATION IN THE ACUTE AND EARLY SUBACUTE PERIODS AFTER MYOCARDIAL INFARCTI
Annotatsiya
Myocardial infarction (MI) remains one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide, and the development of evidence-based organizational approaches to rehabilitation in its acute and early subacute stages is considered a priority direction in modern cardiology. This study highlights the clinical effectiveness of an integrated rehabilitation model that includes early physical activity, breathing exercises, psycho-emotional support, individualized diet therapy, and metabolic correction. It was found that during the first 28 days after MI, the restoration of cardiac functional parameters was significantly higher in patients who underwent early rehabilitation compared to those who did not receive early restorative treatment. Diet therapy exerts beneficial effects on lipid metabolism, inflammatory mediators, endothelial function, and the lipid profile. The results indicate that an integrated approach substantially reduces the risk of complications and reinfarction in post-MI patients.
