Annotatsiya

This scientific article analyzes the anatomical and histological structure of the human stomach and the impact of modern dietary habits on this system. The study covers the mechanism of gastric acid secretion, the morphological characteristics of the wall layers, as well as the negative impact of trans fats and high sodium concentrations in fast food on the protective barrier of the stomach with scientific evidence. The article systematically analyzes anatomical changes resulting from malnutrition based on the scientific views of international and Uzbek scientists.
