This article discusses the development of modern technologies for strengthening the working surface of roller mechanism components of belt conveyors widely used in the mining industry. Friction processes occurring in sliding bearings with elastic elements and their influence on structural parameters are analyzed. The study substantiates the possibility of increasing wear resistance, resource efficiency, and creating lightweight structures with high strength. The proposed technological solutions ensure reliability and long-term operational efficiency of the conveyor system.
