Annotatsiya

OBJECTIVE: To improve surgical treatment of abdominal trauma using endoscopic surgical methods. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The study enrolled 87 patients with abdominal organ injuries. All patients were divided into two groups depending on surgical approach: group 1 - traditional surgical treatment, group 2 - advanced strategy based on endoscopic surgical methods. CONCLUSION: Endoscopic technologies for abdominal trauma reduce the incidence of open diagnostic surgeries, postoperative morbidity and length of hospital-stay.
