The study of the Sustainability of Interdisciplinary Educational Models in the Training of Future Teachers
Annotatsiya
The relevance of the study is due to the need to integrate the content of professional training for future teachers with pedagogical tasks that require a wide range of knowledge. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effec-tiveness and sustainability of implementing interdisciplinary project models for training future teachers in the sys-tem of teacher education. The research methods include system analysis and pedagogical design of situations, observation, and experimenta-tion. The research methodology is based on an integrative approach that ensures the formation of an interconnect-ed system of professional competencies for future teachers. The following research results have been obtained: the barriers to implementing the idea of interdisciplinarity in the educational system have been identified; the principles of designing interdisciplinary educational models have been determined; an algorithm for designing educational models for professional training in the form of educa-tional projects has been developed; and the criteria for their sustainability (content-related, organizational, didactic, and diagnostic) has been identified. This research contributes to the development of the idea of interdisciplinarity in pedagogical education, revealing its potential. It has been experimentally proven that the sustainability of educa-tional projects as an interdisciplinary educational model guarantees high results in the professional training of fu-ture teachers. The developed algorithm for designing educational models and sustainability criteria can be integrat-ed into the educational process, contributing to the professional development of future teachers. The prospects for research development are related to the design of interdisciplinary communities.
