EFFECTS OF PHYTOTHERAPY AND KINESIOTHERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF CERVICAL OSTEOCHONDROSIS ON PAIN SYNDROME (LITERATURE REVIEW)
Annotatsiya
Resume. Cervical osteochondrosis is a common degenerative disorder of the spine associated with chronic pain syndrome and functional impairment. The present study evaluates the effectiveness of phytotherapy and kinesitherapy in reducing pain and improving functional outcomes in patients with cervical osteochondrosis. The research is based on the analysis of randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, and clinical studies involving more than 1500 patients. The results demonstrate that phytotherapy provides anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, while kinesitherapy improves muscle strength, mobility, and neuromuscular coordination. Combined therapy shows the highest effectiveness, reducing pain intensity by up to 60–70% and significantly improving functional indicators. The integration of these non-pharmacological methods into complex treatment enhances rehabilitation outcomes and reduces recurrence rates.
