In this article, the mathematical model of the bacterial oxidation process of sulfide ores with complex enrichment gold content and its description, the structure scheme of the fuzzy adjuster for controlling the bacterial oxidation process and the advantages of its application are presented. The scientific basis of this proposed management method is explained. The bacterial oxidation process is carried out in a bioreactor unit. Therefore, the fuzzy control algorithm of the bioreactor uni t and its description are presented. Mamdani's algorithm was used to create the rule base of the fuzzy management system. In this case, a knowledge base in the form of "IF ..., THEN ..." is formed. Using fuzzy logic methods to build a management model of technological objects operating under a priori uncertainty does not require developing a mathematical model of the object in question and allows formalizing expert knowledge.
