The issue of administrative and legal regulation of migration relations is particularly relevant today. This article analyzes the theoretical foundations and administrative and legal regulation of the claim-based form of proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in the field of migration. Drawing on the insights of domestic and international scholars and legislative experience, the authors analyze the concept and specific features of this claim-based form in the field of migration and put forward specific proposals for improving administrative legislation.
