ARCHAISMS IN “BABURNAMA”: LINGUISTIC INTERPRETATION AND TRANSLATION ANALYSIS

This article analyzes the literary and linguistic features of archaic lexical units used in Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur’s “Baburnama”. Special attention is paid to the functional role of archaisms in literary discourse, their contribution to historical coloring, and their interpretation from the perspective of modern linguistics and translation studies
