The rapid digitalization of higher education systems worldwide has placed increasing pressure on institutions to adopt technology-enhanced learning environments. In Uzbekistan, the government-mandated Dhoch3 platform has emerged as a pivotal tool in reforming how pedagogical competencies are assessed, developed, and monitored among higher education faculty. This article examines the advantages of applying the Dhoch3 digital education platform in enhancing the pedagogical skills of university teachers in Uzbekistan, analyzing its impact on professional development, instructional design, and student engagement outcomes.
