The article analyzes the specific pedagogical, psychological, and social characteristics of students in modern rural schools. It identifies persistent problems in the educational and upbringing processes of rural schools aimed at realizing the rights of rural youth to education, developing their knowledge and skills, as well as enhancing their legal culture and social activity. Proposals and recommendations have been formulated to increase rural school students’ interest in learning, deepen their socio-political and legal knowledge, and eliminate existing gaps in the process of educating a comprehensively developed personality at the current stage of reforms in the education sector.
