This article analyzes the pedagogical foundations of using artificial intelligence technologies in the physical education teaching process, their role in improving the effectiveness of the educational process, and the possibilities of individualizing education. In addition, the significance of artificial intelligence technologies in organizing physical training activities, monitoring and assessing students’ physical fitness is highlighted. The research results show that the use of artificial intelligence technologies contributes to the more effective organization of physical education lessons, the analysis of students’ physical development, and the organization of the educational process in accordance with modern pedagogical requirements.
