EVALUATION OF DIAGNOSTIC ALGORITHMS AND INTEGRATED TREATMENT STRATEGIES FOR ORAL MUCOSAL LEUKOPLAKIA

Annotatsiya

Oral mucosal leukoplakia is a chronic potentially malignant disorder with a significant risk of transformation. This study evaluated 120 patients with different clinical forms of leukoplakia to assess the effectiveness of modern diagnostic algorithms and integrated treatment strategies. Clinical, immunological, microbiological, and morphological methods were used to analyze disease progression. The application of ozone therapy and photodynamic therapy enhanced tissue regeneration, reduced inflammatory responses, and lowered recurrence rates. The findings confirm the high effectiveness of a comprehensive therapeutic approach.
