This thesis provides a scientific and theoretical basis for the stages of developing pedagogical software aimed at developing students' freelance skills in general secondary education. In the context of the development of the digital economy and platform employment, the issue of forming freelance competencies in preparing schoolchildren for future professional activities is becoming increasingly relevant. The study highlights the theoretical foundations of designing pedagogical software tools, the algorithm for their step-by-step development, and the substantive features of each stage. The general methodology for developing educational programs, technologies for creating pedagogical software tools, and the experience of designing digital educational solutions are also analyzed[1],[3], [7].
