Annotatsiya

The article examines the international labour standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO) as an institutional basis for the formation of a decent work system and analyzes the features of their implementation in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The evolution of the ILO's international labour standards and their functional role in regulating social and labour relations are revealed. Special attention is paid to the transformation of the system of decent work indicators and the methodological limitations of their application in the digital economy and the spread of non-standard forms of employment. It is shown that the process of ratification and implementation of ILO conventions in Uzbekistan reflects the stages of socio-economic reforms and contributes to the institutionalization of decent work principles at the national level. The need to adapt international labor standards and mechanisms for monitoring decent work is substantiated, taking into account the national specifics of the labor market and the challenges of digital transformation of the economy.
