ASSESSMENT OF THE PROGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE OF CLINICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL MARKERS IN CHRONIC HEART FAILURE WITH DIMENSION OF THE LEFT STOMACH VIBRATION FRACTION
Annotatsiya
Between 2024 and 2025, a study was conducted in the cardiology department of the Bukhara Regional Multidisciplinary Medical Center involving 45 patients with chronic heart failure and low left ventricular vibration fraction, as well as a control group of 20 healthy individuals. In the main group, a sharp deterioration in echocardiographic indicators was observed, with the average LVEF value being 32.8±4.5%. The level of NT-proBNP was high, which manifested as a reliable marker of decreased cardiac function. At the same time, an increase in renal markers (creatinine, microalbuminuria) was noted as a significant indicator of cardiorenal syndrome. An increase in hepatic transaminases and bilirubin indicated cardiac-associated hepatopathy, while an increase in CRP and IL-6 levels indicated systemic inflammation and a worsening prognosis.
