Methodology for Developing Phatic Communication Skills Among Youth in New Uzbekistan

This article examines the linguocultural and pedagogical foundations of developing phatic communication skills among youth in the context of New Uzbekistan. Phatic communication is considered an essential tool for establishing interpersonal relationships, ensuring social harmony, and enhancing speech culture. The study analyzes the communicative-pragmatic features of phatic units in the modern Uzbek language, their national-cultural characteristics, and their usage among young people. In addition, methodological approaches aimed at developing phatic communication skills within the educational process are proposed. The findings of the research contribute to improving the speech culture of the younger generation, increasing their social activity, and forming effective communicative competencies. The study employs theoretical analysis, observation, and comparative methods to achieve its objectives.
