Annotatsiya

Judicial and legal reforms implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan represent one of the key directions aimed at ensuring the rule of law within the system of state authority, protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, and improving the effectiveness of justice. As a result of these reforms, the independence of the judiciary has been further strengthened, and effective legal mechanisms have been developed to ensure a fair balance in legal relations between individuals, legal entities, and state bodies. In this context, the institutions of appeal and cassation in the administrative judiciary system play a crucial role in reviewing court decisions, correcting judicial errors, and ensuring legality and fairness in the administration of justice. Their theoretical foundations and practical application are essential for enhancing judicial control and guaranteeing effective legal protection in public-law disputes.
