The purpose and significance of a properly organized daily routine are discussed, along with the factors that should be considered when designing it. The article also highlights the beneficial aspects of such a routine for female athletes. Furthermore, it explains that failure to follow a proper daily regimen may disrupt normal physiological processes in the body, which can negatively affect both health status and sports performance.
