Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the main polyethylene production technologies used worldwide in modern petrochemical industries. The study examines the technological characteristics, production processes, catalysts, and operational advantages of LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and MDPE manufacturing methods. Special attention is given to globally recognized technologies such as Basell Spherilene, Borealis Borstar, BP Innovene, ExxonMobil, Mitsui CX Process, Chevron Phillips, Unipol, Hostalen, and Stamicarbon processes. The article also discusses reactor systems, polymerization conditions, energy consumption, product quality, and industrial efficiency of different polyethylene production methods. Furthermore, the research highlights the role of advanced catalysts and innovative polymerization technologies in improving productivity, reducing environmental impact, and increasing the competitiveness of petrochemical enterprises in the global market.
