Abstract: This article analyzes the issues of sustainable agriculture, organic farming, and resource conservation using Uzbekistan as a case study. The paper outlines the theoretical foundations for the development of organic farming, examines modern methods of water and land resource conservation, and evaluates the state of Uzbekistan's agricultural sector based on statistical data from 2021–2025. The findings demonstrate that transitioning to organic farming enables food security through reduced water consumption and preservation of soil fertility. The article concludes with practical proposals and recommendations for state policy and farmer operations.
