Abstract Background and aims The using of special apps Re-stroke for mobile phones in the rehabilitation of ischemic stroke leads to high efficiency. The creation, improvement, and implementation of such special programs are highly valued in rehabilitation Methods Returning stroke patients to a healty life as early as possible and improving their quality of life. Enhancing the effectiveness of rehabilitation methods Results 160 patients participated in our examinations. A special reinstroke program was used in rehabilitation for 3 months. Conclusions Patients were divided into main and additional groups. In the main group of 80 patients, the reinstroke program was used for rehabilitation. An additional group of 80 patients underwent traditional rehabilitation training. According to the Tinetti scale, in group 1 it was from 30.3±2.9 to 34.3±1.9 (p˂0.05), in group 2 it was from 30.8±3.1 to 33.2±2.3( A change was noticed up to p˂0.05). According to the Ashworth scale, muscle tone decreased from 3.0 to 2.4 in group 1 (p˂0.05), and from 2.9 to 2.6 in group 2 (p˂0.05). Conflict of interest
