Annotatsiya

This study examines international experience and national characteristics of poverty reduction policies in the context of contemporary socio-economic development. The research analyzes the effectiveness of integrated anti-poverty strategies that combine economic growth, social protection, institutional reforms, education, healthcare, and employment development. Special attention is given to the role of national characteristics, including demographic conditions, governance capacity, and cultural factors, in shaping sustainable poverty reduction frameworks. The study highlights the importance of inclusive growth models and multidimensional approaches to poverty assessment. Comparative analysis of global practices demonstrates that successful poverty reduction depends on the adaptation of international experience to domestic realities rather than the direct transfer of foreign policy models. The findings indicate that effective anti-poverty policies contribute not only to social welfare improvement but also to long-term economic stability, human development, and national sustainability.
