METHODOLOGY FOR ORGANIZING HEALTH-IMPROVING PHYSICAL TRAINING IN POPULATION HEALTH PROMOTION

This article examines the scientific-theoretical foundations, modern methodological approaches, and practical effectiveness of organizing health-improving physical training in the process of population health promotion. The study analyzes the impact of a complex of physical exercises on the human body, particularly on the cardiovascular, respiratory, and muscular systems. The results of the pedagogical experiment showed that regularly and systematically conducted health-improving training significantly increases the level of physical development, improves muscle strength and endurance, and stabilizes the overall functional state of the organism (p<0.05). Furthermore, the findings confirm the preventive importance of such training, contributing to disease prevention, the formation of a healthy lifestyle, and the improvement of overall quality of life .
