MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE PROCESSES IN THE MODERN SCHOOL

This article examines the management of innovative processes in modern schools within the context of educational modernization, digital transformation, and the development of competency-based education. The study analyzes theoretical and practical approaches to innovation management in educational institutions, identifies the role of school leadership in implementing pedagogical and technological innovations, and evaluates factors influencing the effectiveness of innovation processes. Special attention is devoted to strategic planning, organizational culture, teacher professional development, and digital technologies in educational management. The article is based on scientific literature, international educational reports, and empirical studies devoted to innovation in school systems. The findings demonstrate that effective management of innovative processes contributes to improving educational quality, strengthening institutional competitiveness, and developing sustainable educational environments.
