This article examines the didactic potential of e-books and paper books in modern education. Special attention is paid to their impact on students' reading comprehension, motivation, and learning effectiveness. The study analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of both formats and explores their role in the digital transformation of education. The results show that a balanced use of both formats can significantly improve learning outcomes.
