KRYPTOCURRENCY IN UZBEKISTAN AND ITS LEGAL REGULATION

In this article, the role of cryptocurrencies and other types of digital assets in the modern economy, their legal nature, and the issues related to the regulation of crypto-asset circulation in the Republic of Uzbekistan are analyzed. Furthermore, based on foreign experience, different approaches to cryptocurrencies are highlighted, and their economic and legal advantages and risks are discussed.
