Diagnosis and Treatment of Juvenile Uterine Bleeding

Juvenile uterine bleeding (JUB) is a common gynecological problem in adolescent girls, significantly affecting their reproductive health and quality of life. The article reviews the etiology, pathogenesis, modern diagnostic methods and treatment principles of JUB. The study included 45 adolescent girls aged 12–17 years, and their clinical indicators, blood tests and hormonal status were analyzed. The results showed that 62.2% of girls with JUB had iron deficiency anemia, and 44.4% had hormonal imbalance. Timely diagnosis and proper treatment are of great importance in maintaining reproductive health.
