Comorbidity is a characteristic feature of patients with heart failure. It was established that the most frequently observed concomitant diseases during the year were coronary artery disease - 60%, atrial fibrillation - 36%, type 2 diabetes mellitus - 34%, chronic kidney disease - 36%, and myocardial infarction - 43%.
