Annotatsiya
This article analyzes the physical principles of heat transfer processes in nanomaterials, their size dependence, and the influence of structural factors. Changes in heat conduction mechanisms at the nanoscale are explained by phonon transport, surface effects, and quantum phenomena. The thermal conductivity properties of various nanomaterials are compared, and their applications in electronics, energy systems, and thermal management technologies are discussed. The results are significant for the development of advanced nanostructured materials with controlled thermal properties.
