ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC INDICATORS BASED ON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, BIG DATA AND STATISTICAL MODELING

This study, devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the transformational processes taking place in the field of economic analytics due to the unprecedented introduction of advanced information technologies, algorithms for processing arrays of unstructured data (Big Data) and improved statistical modeling methods, attempts to systematize existing approaches to assessing key macroeconomic indicators, demonstrating, that the integration of high-frequency alternative data with traditional econometric models allows not only to significantly reduce the time lags characteristic of the publication of official statistics, but also to increase the accuracy of short-term forecasting of such critical indicators as gross domestic product, inflation and employment dynamics, which, in turn,, It creates the foundation for making more informed management decisions by government authorities and corporate structures in conditions of high uncertainty and structural volatility of the modern global economy.
