Annotatsiya
This paper proposes the Koku Universe (刻宇宙) as a geometric structure in which Koku planes T=(t1,t2) exist perpendicular to the direction of motion n. On each Koku plane, Genki particles G=(x,y,z) perform a dance. The universe advances by breaking through each plane in the perpendicular direction (n⊥T). IceCube neutrino detections are interpreted as observable moments of this plane-breaking. The density of the Genki dance is expressed as V=N/D, the core equation of Tendo Economics (天道経済学). This is a thought-in-progress record dated June 3, 2026. Subtitle: 刻面上で元気が踊る——文明運動の幾何学的構造
