A DIGITAL AXIOLOGICAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL: DESIGN AND PEDAGOGICAL EFFECTIVENESS OF THE MILLIYQADRIYAT.UZ PLATFORM AND THE "AKSIO-MATRIX" TECHNOLOGY

Digital transformation has opened new possibilities for conveying values in an interactive form, yet the design of a coherent digital environment for value-oriented primary education remains under-explored. This paper presents the pedagogical design and empirical evaluation of a digital axiological learning environment based on the national “milliyqadriyat.uz” platform and the author’s “AKSIO-MATRIX” technology. The environment integrates national and universal values into primary-school content through interactive scenarios, value-laden tasks and reflective tools, and is supported by a system of innovative technologies in which each task is planned within the triad “social benefit + ethical criterion + learning competence”. The effectiveness of the environment was assessed through a three-stage pedagogical experiment (diagnostic, implementation, final) using a triangulated methodology with experimental and control groups. After implementation, learners’ practical application of values increased from 38% to 63%, value-based decision-making from 40% to 67%, and activity and respect in collaborative work from 52% to 74%, while awareness of the essence of values rose from 45% to 73%. The results demonstrate that a purpose-built digital axiological environment strengthens learners’ reflective and social activity and reinforces value internalization, and they justify the wider adoption of such environments in primary education.
