A MODERN APPROACH TO THE TREATMENT AND DIAGNOSIS OF GENERALIZED PERIODONTITIS

Contemporary therapeutic protocols should include early diagnosis, comprehensive periodontal evaluation, and rational combination of conservative, surgical, and supportive treatment modalities. Only an integrated multidisciplinary approach can ensure long-term stabilization of periodontal status and prevention of disease progression.
