This article analyzes the main factors that shape population diversity and their impact on the stability of ecological systems. Genetic, demographic and ecological factors are examined in their interconnection, and the causal mechanisms of changes in population structure and dynamics are scientifically elucidated. Additionally, the influence of environmental factors, resource distribution, migration processes and anthropogenic pressure on population stability is analyzed. The research results have theoretical and practical significance in developing strategies for population conservation, biodiversity protection and sustainable use of natural resources. The work reveals the relationship between population diversity and their level of adaptability based on systematic analysis of ecological processes.
