A Holistic Model for Digital Resilience
Annotatsiya
Digital systems are now an integral part of organizational practice, but they have increased in sophistication, exposing organizations to cyber threats, governance breakdown, and poorly orchestrated risk decisions. Current studies mostly cover cybersecurity, governance, and risk management in fragmented or pairwise models, which present minimal help in achieving the resilience of organizations at the time of real-time changes under the conditions of the threat changing rapidly. In this paper, a holistic digital resilience model is proposed, which structurally combines the cybersecurity operations, governance constraints, and dynamic risk intelligence in a closed-loop decision structure. The model formalizes the relationship between security events and risk signals, governance policy and response actions, and feedback to provide continuity in adaptation. In contrast with the other methods such as the tool-centric and static compliance methods, the framework focuses on the trio of resilience driver's coordination, accountability, and adaptability.
