Annotatsiya

This chapter examines the convergence of services design and management principles with digital humanities education, exploring how contemporary service design methodologies, educational technology platforms, and learning experience frameworks are transforming pedagogical practices in humanities disciplines. Through systematic analysis of recent scholarly literature (2021-2025), the chapter investigates six critical domains: service design methodologies in educational contexts, digital humanities curriculum development, educational technology services, learning experience design, service quality measurement, and digital transformation strategies. The research synthesizes evidence from empirical studies, meta-analyses, and theoretical frameworks across global institutions, revealing significant opportunities for enhancing student engagement, learning outcomes, and institutional capacity through integrated service design approaches.
