We present an exact solution of a rotating dyon black hole in the Tomimatsu-Sato-Yamazaki space-time and study its special case, i.e., the exact rotating dyon solution for which the space-time metric takes the Kerr-Newman form. This solution is characterized by four physical parameters (mass $M$, angular momentum $S$, electric charge $Q$, and magnetic charge $\ensuremath{\Phi}$), represents a black hole, and reduces to the rotating monopole in the case $Q=0$.
