Erratum: General relativistic electromagnetic fields of a slowly rotating magnetized neutron star - I. Formulation of the equations

The paper ‘General relativistic electromagnetic fields of a slowly rotating magnetized neutron star — I. Formulation of the equations’ was published in. In some of the components of the electromagnetic tensor in Appendix A, the symbol <f><inline-fig> <link locator="338-3-816-eq004"></inline-fig></f> should be replaced by −ω. As a result, the tensors in <cross-ref type="fd" refid="ma1">(A1)</cross-ref> and <cross-ref type="fd" refid="ma2">(A2)</cross-ref> should read <fd id="ma1"><no>(A1)</no><inline-fig> <link locator="338-3-816-eq001"></inline-fig></fd> <fd id="ma2"><no>(A2)</no><inline-fig> <link locator="338-3-816-eq002"></inline-fig></fd> Because of the changes in tensors <cross-ref type="fd" refid="ma1">(A1)</cross-ref> and <cross-ref type="fd" refid="ma2">(A2)</cross-ref>, the tensor <cross-ref type="fd" refid="ma3">(A4)</cross-ref> should read <fd id="ma3"><no>(A4)</no>x<inline-fig> <link locator="338-3-816-eq003"></inline-fig></fd> Immediately following equation (138) and after the sentence ending ‘…where the second expression is the one obtained after using the ansatz (60)–(62).’, the following sentence should be added: ‘It follows from equations (143) and (144) that the zero-order term in equation (138) vanishes, so that the leading contribution is at first order in Ω.’
