The properties of the states of the superdeformed band in ${}^{60}\mathrm{Zn},$ including the moment of inertia and its angular momentum dependence, transition quadrupole moment, and the decay intensities into the ground state band, are analyzed in the framework of the dinuclear system model. The model Hamiltonian depends only on special degree of freedom, namely, on the mass asymmetry coordinate. The results of calculations agree well with the experimental data.
