Annotatsiya

A new CZO-diterpenoid alkaloid, yesadine (I), a new Clg-diterpenoid alkaloid, yesoensine i?), and two known alkaloids, macrocentridlne (2) and subcusine (41, were isolated from Aconitum yesoense v a r .macroyesoense (Nakai) Tamura.Structures of those new alkaloids were determined on the basis of their spectra and chemical correlation with known alkaloids.The isolation and structure elucidation of seventeen CZO-diterpenoid alkaloids and eleven Clg-diterpenoid alkaloids from Aconitum yesoense var.macroyesoense (Nakail Tamura were reported in our prevlous papers.l L 3 Our continuing investigations an the constituents of this plant resulted in the isolation of two new diterpenoid alkaloids, yesodine i and yesoensine (11, together with two known alkaloids, macrocentrldine ( 314 and subcuslne i 4). 5 -Alkaloids 3 and 4 have not previously been found in this plant.Alkaloid 3 was .determined by comparison of spectral data with those in the literature.4 Alkaloid 4 was identified by the comparison of melting point and spectral data with those of an authentic ample.^Alkaloid 1 was obtained in an amorphous form, lu12 -9.4-, and its molecular formula C 25H35N04 was deduced by the elemental analysrs and hrms spectrum indicating as a molecular ion at m/z 413.2598 (calcd 413.2564) and as a fragment ion at m/z 310.1822 ~M + -c o c ~H ~-~I ~o , C20H24N02, calcd 310.1805).T ~P '~-nrnr spectrum of 1 showed an angular methyl at 6 1.34 is), two carbinyl methines at S -4.00 id, L~4.6 Hz, C l l -H ) and 5.59 ( s , C15-HI, and exomethylene at 6 5.23 and 5.33--
