In this article have been given the literature daa about the treatment and prophylactics against cestodosis and also the effectivity of antigelment preparatus “Monezoland alben” against cestodosis in fish treatment. In the early spring, when the pools are filled with water and fish are started, lime is put into the water and land boundaries, and intermediate masters are an effective way to combat molluscs. For prophylactic treatment, 200–250 g of monsonol (0.20–0.25 g/kg portion of feed) per 100 kg of feed mass of mononol pellets is highly effective, depending on the age and type of fish.
