Exact constraints on<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mi>D</mml:mi><mml:mo mathvariant="bold">≤</mml:mo><mml:mn>10</mml:mn></mml:math>Myers-Perry black holes and the Wald problem

Exact relations on the existence of event horizons of Myers-Perry black holes are obtained in $D\ensuremath{\le}10$ dimensions. It is further shown that naked singularities cannot be produced by ``spinning-up'' these black holes by shooting particles into their $\ensuremath{\lfloor}\frac{D\ensuremath{-}1}{2}\ensuremath{\rfloor}$ equatorial planes.
