Annotatsiya
The technological possibility of using black silicon (b-Si) in tandem silicon-perovskite solar cells as an antireflection surface is analyzed. The structural and optical properties of samples consisting of a silicon substrate with a b-Si surface, an electron transport layer of titanium dioxide, and a photoactive layer of an organometallic halide perovskite are studied. It is shown that these layers without pores and voids cover the surface of b-Si with a high degree of conformity. The fabricated samples are characterized by a low reflection coefficient in a wide range of radiation wavelengths.
