Annotatsiya

In this study, we had effectively generated four types of ternary deep eutectic solvents using the method of evaporation by mixing zinc chloride(ZC) with hydrogen bond donors such as Glucose(GLU) & Fructose(FRU) and Amino acids such as Glutamine(GLUT) & Glycine (GLY) [i.e.a- ZC-GLU-GLY, b- ZC-FRU-GLY, c- ZC-GLU-GLUT, d- ZC-FRU-GLUT]. After that, physical properties such as pH, conductivity, density, and viscosity were applied to the solvents. The H – bonded interaction between zinc chloride and other components in these TDESs were revealed by the FTIR spectroscopy. The prepared TDESs were used as a solvent medium for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) by chemical reduction method using sodium borohydride as reducing agent and sodium hydroxide as stabilizing agent. The synthesized Ag NPs were characterized by FTIR, UV, XRD, EDAX and SEM techniques. Silver has a variety of applications, but one of the most notable usages is an antibacterial disinfectant.
